Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our export business and perishable goods, returns are only accepted in cases of damaged goods, quality issues, or incorrect shipments. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  2. Provide photographic evidence of the problem
  3. Submit a detailed report of the issue
  4. Await instructions from our quality assurance team

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis after thorough investigation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.
